He said the travel plans were based on those for Arsenals Emirates stadium and pointed to complaints there of a lack of provision for public transport. He said KRAG thought a bigger public transport provision, including doubling the train capacity would help and the Section 106 agreement should be used to initiate a scheme to increase the rail capacity. He said transport authorities in London had called for further improvements to cope with the new Emirates stadium but, to this day, much of the recommendations had not been delivered.He compared these shortcomings with the vast amounts paid to Buy Fifa 16 Coins  the football players.

His view was that Islington Council had wanted to secure Arsenal at all costs and had not made enough demands of that Club to improve transport arrangements around the ground.He felt the conditions of the Kirkby Section 106 would be delivered if the proposals went ahead, but they did not go  FIFA enough.
